Ordering & Shipping Information:
We ship only the finest apples,
picked in our orchards during the peak of the harvest
season. Timing of harvest seasons vary due to unpredictable
weather, which may delay or hasten fruit ripening.
Please note that the dates of
Growing Season Chart
listed on this site are approximate.
All Carlson Orchards, Inc.
orders are shipped via UPS to the 48 contiguous states only.
Perishable apples sent to
destinations locally in the Northeast are shipped
UPS Ground.
Perishable apples sent to
destinations outside the Northeast are shipped UPS
3 Day Ground Select.
All non-perishable items are
sent UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

To ensure
optimum quality, all apples are shipped from our orchard on
Mondays and Tuesdays. Gifts not containing fruit are
shipped as soon as possible upon processing your order and
are shipped UPS ground unless you select an alternative
shipping method.
Please note
the following rules regulating fruit shipments to the
following states:
Arizona * California * New Mexico * Idaho * Utah *
Washington * Oregon
These states require us to hold
apples for 40 days in a specified environment prior to
shipping. Attached to the outside of each shipment is a
certificate issued by the Massachusetts Department of
Agriculture, affirming that these regulations have been met.

for specific dates of availability for shipments
to these states.
For internet, telephone and fax
orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Your credit card will not be charged until your item is
ready for shipment.
Tracking your order
– All orders are shipped UPS and you will receive your
tracking number via e-mail when your order ships.
If you call our office, we will
request specific information from you necessary to process
your order. Such information is likely to include your
name, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address, the
name and shipping address of the recipient, and financial
information such as your credit card number, expiration
date, order date and number.
If you are paying by personal
check, the check must be received by Carlson Orchards, Inc.
before the order is sent.
We will not sell or give away
any information concerning our customers.
